how many mushrooms is too much?
I took almost 7 mushrooms last night and i was tripping so hard everybody else too like 3 and i think i had a bad trip cause the walls were moving and there were leprechauns dancing around me and their faces were all f*cked up and i was feeling really paranoid, Its not my first time taking shrooms, but its the first time i’d ever taken more than 4

Is what i eat healthy? Opinions or any ideas house to fix it? I want to lose weight. Pts to the most helpful.?
I’m trying ot lose weight, and i have just become vegetarian(for a religious purpose).

However, i’m not a fan of eggs. Except boiled C:.

So anyways,

My breakfast consists of 1-2 slices of wheat bread w/ hummus.
2 Hrs later, i eat around 1/2 cup of a mixture containing cashews,sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries.
Then at 12, i eat a sandwich, always wheat/whole grain bread. Sometimes it has an egg which i think is icky, but it also has hummus and lettuce. With this i eat a Banana or i eat a box of carrots/cherry tomatoes.

Then at 3, i eat an apple or a banana. (banana if i dont eat one for lunch). Or/ in addition to that, i have carrots or celery w/ hummus.

Maybe if i feel like it, i have plain yogurt, organic w/ a little bit cereal.

Then at 6-7 i have dinner. I have no control over that but most of the time it has a vegetable soup, dinner has tofu in it, and the rice is a mixture of white and brown rice because i cannot stand pure brown rice.

Desert – sometimes a fruit, or red bean soup. Usually have one every 2 days.
I’m 5"5′ and a half. and… 148 lbs.

I do stretches/ a bit of cardio for 30 mins+10 mins jumprope for monday-friday.

On saturday/sunday, i run on the elliptical for a range of around 30-45 mins per day.

Then i work out for around 15-30 mins.

THC/weed in my system?
If one does not have to worry about a drug test or anything like that, is there a reason for that person to worry about having THC in his system?
I smoked half a joint last night (first time in over a year) and I am worried about the THC in my system. I feel like it my effect my thinking and what-not. Should I be worried about this? I dont have any tests or anything coming up.

it is believed that population played a very critical role in the migration. the number of the Bantu people increased in west Africa so some people had to move in search of new land.
the drying up of the Sahara desert also might have contributed to forcing the Bantu people to migrate southwards. when the Sahara was expanding people had no choice but to move in search of better and fertile land for cultivation.
it is possible that succession disputes could have contributed to the Bantu migrations. those who lost the succession disputes left for other areas where they would establish themselves as rulers.

Need to understand, is loving your partner enough?
I love my partner of 5 years, but i am no longer "in-love" with him. I think that is a problem and means our relationship is in trouble. I have confronted him about this. And he says things will change when we move with each other. We’ve been talking about moving in together for over two years. okay so most likely you won’t fall in love. if you’re not in love now you won’t ever be. i googled this last night about women not being in love with their husbands. they tend to find men who are good to them but can’t fall in love. we’re attracted to what are parents are. he doesn’t seem to connect with you on a emotional level. things will stay the same if you move in together. you should tell him if you want to remain with him that you need to do things together that bond the two of you. if you want to feel in love then yikes i can’t help you with that since i don’t think i’ve ever been in love.
